New Boy in Town
Hey All, Some exciting news: Ari has decided to try out Montreal living for the time being. He has set up a temporary bedroom in my living room. So far I'm really enjoying having someone to eat with (worst part of living alone!). We had some of the old characters over for dinner on Friday which entailed a really good simple cacio e pepe pasta that I took from this blog (www.lottieanddoof.com) and a salad (pine nut, pear, arugula, blewais dressing) and the magic mushroom dish and choco ice cream with strawbs. I wish you had all been there. I'm enjoying school more, so much more chillllzzzz now. This afternoon I was in that mysterious simulation center (near metro grocery store), we had these electronic dummies that had pulses, fake blood in their fake veins, fake urine, it even blinked and its chest moved up and down with each breath. It also talked and listened (there was an actor who spoke in a different room and the microwave was at the dummies lips) it was really funny because someone tried to put an oxygen mask on the dummy and it said, wait what are you doing to me! Anyways, Im getting really excited to see mallo, mads and bwyn in two weeks. lots of love to everyone!

This was the cutest...
This is Gordon when we were eating poutine in the dunes on Manitoulin Island. Probably the cutest thing ever, and probably the only time we will ever be able to take pictures and videos of our baby with sand on its nose when we are high.

sarah i know you'd like an update from each of us but unfortunately i'm off to work in a matter of minutes so no time now. a full update is promised in the near future. but for now, a wee update. as some of you already know, i had a table at my high school craft fair yesterday! i sold photo magnets and greeting cards. it went fairly well but i think i need to shift my customer base a bit further east. i'm thinking of applying for a few other fairs in the next month or so as well. here are some pics of my table.
don't know how to put my pics below my posting? also don't know how to create a profile. i tried. no luck.
